Our founding members are junior gold mining and exploration companies who support golddrivers.com in its goal to present the investment case for junior mineral resource companies to users of this website in a thorough and understandable way.  Our founders, among other things, make an important financial contribution to this website which helps us defray some of the costs of providing this information to you, the end user.  Founding members do not provide content for the website other than information related to the member itself and any other factual content or editorial opinions contained in this website remain the sole responsibility of golddrivers.com and its staff.

Klondike Star Mineral Corp. (KDSM : OTCBB) is a prospecting and mineral exploration company conducting business in Yukon Territory. The principal asset of the company is the right to earn majority interest in a mineral resource property known as the Lone Star claims.

Those properties are ready now for large scale, intensive and detailed exploration and the proximity and close geologic relationship of the sub-parallel shear zones and the distribution of placer gold is more than a coincidence and therefore there's reasonable possibility for a large, significant gold deposit.

Barker Minerals Ltd. (BM : TSE -V) was founded in 1993. Since then the Company has invested more than $4.0 million exploring in this mineralized district, which has potential to host not only volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits, but also gold and platinum group metal (PGM) deposits. The properties are located along the southern extension of the historic Cariboo Gold District in East-Central British Columbia, Canada, which has yielded 3.7 million ounces of gold to date. The 100% owned claim group consists of 4,401 claim units (approximately 271,882 acres).

The mineralization is considered by Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd., the Geological Survey of Canada, the B.C. Geological Survey and Major Mining Companies to be similar to other massive sulphide districts from around the world.
